ZPTS25-40 rotary charcoal machine has the core advantages of 600kN super pressure and 25 punching dies synchronized operation, which breakthroughly realizes the ability of pressing 60mm large diameter charcoal chips.
Its innovative two-color pressing technology can customize single-hole ring, multi-hole and shaped engraved tablets, with 85mm depth filling system, accurately adapting to granular raw materials with powder content ≤10%, to meet the demand for high-density and high-complexity production of special charcoal tablets.

- The machine reshapes the industry efficiency benchmark with its 22,500 tablets/hour ultra-high capacity (15 rpm), fully automatic rotary continuous tablet pressing driven by 30kW motor, and excellent balance between energy consumption and output.
- The machine adopts compact design (1250×1850×2250mm) and 5500kg steel structure to ensure long-term stable operation.
- It supports flexible thickness adjustment from 17-42mm and is suitable for large-scale production of round tablets and shaped tablets with a diameter of ≤60mm, which significantly reduces the unit production cost.
