Recently, the heat of our continuous industrial biomass carbonization furnace has increased and we have successfully shipped to Zimbabwe again.
Customer Background Information
We have a piece of bamboo mill planted by our Zimbabwe client and make bamboo charcoal from the mature bamboo at the back end. Bamboo is abundant and widely distributed in the country and hence the client saw the market potential for manufacturing bamboo charcoal. They were looking for an efficient industrial biomass carbonization furnace that would help them produce high-quality bamboo charcoal from bamboo.
Process Of Making Bamboo Charcoal
The production of bamboo charcoal usually includes the following steps:
- Raw Material Preparation: The customer cuts and prepares the bamboo into the proper size and shape.
- Carbonisation Process: The bamboo is put into a continuous carbonization furnace where it is converted into bamboo charcoal through a high-temperature carbonization process. This process removes moisture and impurities and retains the high calorific value and quality of bamboo charcoal.
- Cooling and Packaging: After charring, the bamboo charcoal needs to be cooled and then packaged into a final product ready for sale.
Industrial Biomass Carbonization Furnace Advantages
The industrial continuous carbonization furnace has a number of significant advantages over traditional carbonization equipment:
- Precise control: The automated control system allows precise control of the charring temperature, time, and other key parameters, ensuring the production of high-quality charcoal with consistency.
- Adaptable: Adaptable to different kinds of raw materials and humidity, flexible to respond to different production needs.
- Multifunctionality: The industrial continuous charring furnace can be used to process various biomass raw materials, such as wood, straw, fruit shells, etc., expanding the applicable scope of production.
