Shuliy 木炭机 manufacturers tell everyone about the conversion rate of charcoal for sawdust: We all know that sawdust is the best raw material for charcoal. From the sawdust to the charcoal production process, we also briefly introduced it in the previous article.
Sawdust for charcoal needs to be first made of mandrel. Here, the mandrel refers to the semi-finished charcoal extruded from the 木炭机 (the bar machine). After the mandrel is carbonized, it is the finished charcoal. Then the customer asks, this is from the mandrel. What is the ratio to the finished charcoal? This question is very professional,
The following is a detailed answer by our Shuliy charcoal machine equipment factory:
The ratio of the carbon removal rate of the charcoal firing mechanism is about 2.2 to 1, which is only a rough proportion. The proportion of charcoal will also change due to the material of the raw materials. The salary bar should be squeezed. High-temperature molding does not require the addition of other binders, so its main components are cellulose, wood fibers and water.
This part of the water is dissipated in the form of water vapor before the carbonization process begins. If the high-temperature charcoal is fired, the proportion of the charcoal will be greatly reduced, and the maximum carbonization temperature will reach 400 °C. However, this charcoal still contains an estimated amount of tar residue and native wood ash. The ash content of charcoal is about 3%—5%. The tar residue content is about 30%.
The other remaining is the so-called solid carbon, which is about 65%—70%. Further heating can increase the solid carbon content by repelling and decomposing more tar. When the temperature reaches 500 ° C, 80% of the typical solid carbon content and about 10% of the volatile content can be obtained. The carbon removal rate of the mechanism charcoal will decrease with the increase of the final carbonization temperature, so it should be calculated according to the type of mechanical carbon type that you produce.
