In the production of charcoal mechanism carbon, the carbonization furnace can be placed on the horizontal ground, open the top furnace cover, and then the wooden rods packed in baskets are placed in the furnace, and the rods are installed into the iron basket one by one in a compact way, the denser the rods installed the more effective. At this time, the capacity is about 2 tons, and the end charcoal is about 0.8 tons after carbonization.

After the finished wooden bar installed, it will be ignited from the lower four ignition ports. Firewood or weeds can be used as ignitable raw materials,  with small amount of weeds or sawdust placed in as an ignition, and the cover is quickly closed after ignition to generate gas of certain concentration, then the gas is sent to the storage tank at the bottom of the carbonization furnace through the pipeline, and then open the valve of the storage tank slowly and ignited at the same time.

Before the ignition, the furnace cover must be tightly closed, and covered with fire-proof asbestos cloth, and prevent fire and oxygen from leaking. The mechanical rod can be ignited naturally, and then the gas generated by the flue of the back of the carbonization furnace, through the gasifier system, can be converted into combustible gas,that will  be passed into the ignition port at the bottom of the carbonization furnace, and the smoking machine can be opened to carry out smoke and fire for 3-4 hours or so.

The observe the smoke pipe on the back of the stove: If there is no black smoke, turn off the exhaust fan and alter into the self-burning mode for 8 hours. The general cooling time is about 12 hours. After the carbonization is completed, you can open the door to take out the charcoal.
